Gordon Banks, codename: "Eel", is technicians expert and a major character in Completing the Mission as one of the 3 deuteragonists during the "Master Bounty Hunter" pathway. He is voiced by PuffballsUnited.
Intro: A Game by PuffballsUnited. 2 Hours before Launch in a military helicopter piloted by Charles Calvin, Henry arrives on the outskirts of the Toppat Launch Site. He is greeted by a squad of experienced bounty hunters, which include John Pilksin (codename: "Frog"), Gordon Banks (codename: "Eel") and Amelia Esteban (codename: "Turtle").

John "Frog" Pilksin appears in "Master Bounty Hunter" as the leader of the Government's Bounty Hunters Unit, partnered with Gordon Banks, Amelia Esteban and the one and only "legend", Henry Stickmin.
Based on their roles and/or voices, it also seems as though Gordon Banks is a stand-in for Hal "Otacon" Emmerich, while Amelia Esteban represents Mei Ling, but their ties to them aren't nearly as on the nose.
The six games in the collection are: Breaking the Bank: Henry tries to rob a bank, but his plans go awry. Escaping the Prison: Henry is imprisoned for his crimes, but he breaks out and tries to escape. Stealing the Diamond: Henry tries to steal a diamond from a museum, but he is caught by security.
Press “F” in the chat for John Pilksin, Gordon Banks, and Amelia Esteban. This is the only path in the third quadrant without the “Station in Orbit” aspect. I would try this one against "Toppat 4 Life" , but the mods ended the ranking early.
