Our High School is located at 129 Pierrepont Street, our main building. We have approximately 350 students in the high school with about 85-90 students per grade. Saint Ann’s students all complete a common set of core requirements to graduate, however, they all go well beyond the minimum and no two schedules look alike.
Our Middle School is located at 129 Pierrepont Street, our main building. Middle School at Saint Ann’s runs from 4th grade through 8th grade. This large division is subdivided further into two stages: Lower Middle School (4th & 5th grades) Upper Middle School (6th, 7th & 8th grades)
Saint Ann’s School was founded in 1965 as St. Ann’s Episcopal School, under the auspices of St. Ann’s Episcopal Church on Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights. Created amid a time of cultural and political ferment, the School began during a moment when traditional educational systems and structures were being challenged by a new generation of progressive educational reformers.
