  6. By 2003 Keble was one of the largest colleges, yet could only offer accommodation to two-thirds of its students. Furthermore, as part of the College’s vision for 2020, it needed facilities to encourage research clusters, provide space for interdisciplinary working, and increase provision for graduate students.
