Anthony "Tony" Hickox was born in London into a family of filmmakers. He’s the son of Director Douglas Hickox and legendary two time Academy award winning editor Anne V Coates. His brother is Director James Hickox and his Sister Emma is an award winning editor.

Inspiré d'un film muet allemand de 1920, le film mettait en scène un groupe d’adolescents invité à visiter un curieux musée de cire qui expose de célèbres classiques de la littérature d’horreur.
News has just hit that Hellraiser III director Anthony Hickox has passed away at the age of 64, from causes not yet revealed as of this writing. R.I.P. So sad by this. Love or hate Hellraiser III, he was a talented director and I grew up enjoying much of his work.
