Rođena je 29. decembra 1875. godine u Titelu u Austrougarskoj monarhiji (današnja Srbija), a umrla 4. avgusta 1948. godine u Cirihu u Švajcarskoj.

Mileva Marić je rođena 19. decembra 1875. godine u Titelu. Bila je najstarije od troje dece Miloša Marića i Marije Ružić Marić.
