John Doman (born January 9, 1945) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Deputy Police Commissioner and Major William Rawls on HBO series The Wire from 2002 to 2008, Colonel Edward Galson on Oz in 2001, and as Dr. Deraad in ER (1999-2003).

Biografie. Doman heeft gestudeerd aan de Universiteit van Pennsylvania en haalde in 1966 zijn diploma in Engelse literatuur.
