The Fly is een Amerikaanse sciencefiction-horrorfilm uit 1986 onder regie van David Cronenberg en een nieuwe versie van de gelijknamige film uit 1958. Het verhaal werd oorspronkelijk geschreven in 1957 door George Langelaan.
