An industrial accident at the age of 17 severed the tips of Iommi's middle and ring fingers on his right hand.
Frank Anthony „Tony“ Iommi (* 19. február 1948, Birmingham, Spojené kráľovstvo) je britský sólový gitarista známy hlavne pre jeho pôsobenie v heavy metalovej skupine Black Sabbath. Je zároveň jediným členom tejto skupiny, ktorý v nej hral počas celej jej existencie.
