Today, four decades removed from its on-set intrigues, the film has taken its place as one of the best of Hitchcock's "between the classics" efforts.
Mi secreto me condena fue filmada en Quebec, en 1953. Está basada en un play católico escrito en 1902 por Paul Anthelme, titulado “Nuestras dos conciencias”, y que su argumento daba vueltas en la cabeza de Alfred Hitchcock. Como en muchas películas de Hitchcock, ésta gira en torno al tema de un falso culpable, tema muy del gusto de Hitch.
