Miss A (en hangul, 미쓰에이; estilizado como miss A) fue un grupo de chicas surcoreano formado por JYP Entertainment en 2010. El nombre del grupo significa «Señorita Asia» y también por «A Class». [1] El grupo consistía de 4 miembros: Fei, Suzy, Min y Jia, hasta la separación oficial el 27 de diciembre de 2017.

Suzy nasce a Gwangju, in Corea del Sud, il 10 ottobre 1994, secondogenita di Bae Wan-yeong, ex-allenatore della nazionale coreana giovanile di taekwondo, e Jeong Hyeon-suk. Ha un fratello minore, Sang-moon, e una sorella maggiore. Frequenta le scuole elementari e medie nella sua città natale, poi studia alla Seoul Arts High School, dalla quale si diploma nel febbraio 2013.
