  7. I completed the 2021 2 week shred program, it was very hard and I struggled for the first two days, but I started to improve by the second week. My arm strength isn't the best so I'll be doing the lean arm program next to fix that. This program has been challenging (In a good way) but also fun, it's given me something to look forward to.
