As is Spartan tradition, we offer a variety of intercollegiate sports to compete at championship levels within Toronto and Ontario! Our proud Silverthorn intercollegiate athletic teams include: Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Cross-Country, Golf, Tennis, Track & Field, Ultimate Frisbee, and Skiing.
The main purpose of assessment and evaluation is to improve student learning. For students to be successful in any course, they should: keep absences to a minimum, actively participate in class and ask questions. review each day’s work before the next class, meet deadlines. discuss questions and concerns with their teachers.
Making a Guidance Appointment. If you wish to make an appointment to see your guidance counsellor, social worker or child and youth worker, you must make an appointment by c ontacting the Student Services office at 416 394-7010 x 20040 or by email cherri.gallo@tdsb.on.ca.. The guidance office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
