Though the formula begins to wear thin in this third film from the files of Police Squad, Peter Segal's "The Naked Gun 33⅓: The Final Insult," still, is pretty darn funny. Featuring Leslie Nielsen's irrepressible Fran Drebin, the comedy fills nearly ever frame with sight gags, pop culture and political parody, and goofy humor.
