Review by Charles Canzoneri ★★½. This story is assembled from leftover parts. Basil Rathbone plays a hustler who ends up in a penal colony off the coast of Rio. Meanwhile, his best friend (Victor McLaglen) and wife (Sigrid Gurie) move to Rio and open up a Casablanca type club, staffed by familiar character actors.
