In 1999, a new lineup of L.T.D. featuring three original members—Carnegie, Vickers, and McGhee—along with new members Tre'sure (lead vocals, keys), Aya Iwata, (keys, vocals), Herbert Lee Woods (keys, vocals), Steve Toussaint (bass, vocals), and Tefere Hazy (drums, vocals) was formed and have been touring since the 2000s.

The group L.T.D. (standing for Love-Togetherness-Devotion) were formed in North Carolina in the late Sixties. Arthur 'Lorenzo' Carnegie, Jake Riley, Carle Wayne Vickers and Abraham 'Onion' Miller had been working as members of the Fantastic Soul Men Orchestra.
Love Togetherness and Devotionf (later shortened to L.T.D.) was one the best and most popular self-contained Soul groups of the 70s, and was the springboard for the great Soul balladeer Jeffrey Osborne .
Only saxophone player Arthur 'Lorenzo' Carnegie and trumpeter Carle Wayne Vickers remain of the original band, which now features singer Mark Vincent Brown aka Tresure and guitarist Johnny McGhee with Aya Iwata and Herbert Lee Woods on keyboards, Steve Toussaint on bass and Tefere Hazy on drums.
