This is why voting integrity must be of a primary concern here in the United States.
Hace 9 horas · Other racial gerrymandering cases in Arkansas, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas and another partisan gerrymandering case in Utah were not resolved before the filing deadlines for the 2024 Congressional elections in those states; South Carolina's districts were ultimately upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States over a month after the state's filing deadline.
