  2. Beverley High School is a five-form comprehensive school for girls, with key stage 3 and 4 for those aged 11–16. At the end of this period, pupils sit the GCSE exams. The school currently has 816 pupils on their roll.

Approximately 860 students are currently on roll including 117 girls in the Sixth Form. The School, founded in 1908, has developed since 1973 from a grammar school into a fully comprehensive 11-18 establishment.
