At the age of 12, J.P. started his musical career playing keyboards for a Top 40 band and at age 15, switched to the electric guitar after seeing an English band playing Led Zeppelin. At 18, J.P. moved to Toronto, Canada and studied piano at the Royal Conservatory of Music.

23 de may. de 2013 · The 2013 edition of the group includes a pair of founding members -- drummer Tony Brock and guitarist Wally Stocker -- joined by guitarist J.P. Cervoni and bassist-singer John Bisaha.
In 2013, the Babys did reform with originals Brock and Stocker, and two new members - American John Bisaha on vocals and bass, along with American guitarist Joey Sykes, who replaced J. P. Cervoni after his brief tenure.
