  3. Lone Oak High School was a secondary educational institution located in the McCracken County community of Lone Oak, approximately five miles south of Paducah, Kentucky. Lone Oak High School was established in 1920, the third of three county high schools in McCracken County after passage of the Kentucky Sullivan School Law in 1908.

  4. The Journalism Department of Lone Oak High School published a yearbook for each graduating class beginning in 1937. Of the years that were published we have all but 1938 and 1939. Due to World War II, no yearbook was published in 1943 or 1945.
