Marcel Grandet (Leonard Strong), world-war-two spy who worked for both sides has stolen a fortune in jewels. Johnny Vickers (Richard Travis), an American agent, who had dealings with Grandet during the war, is sent back to Europe by the U.S. government to recover the jewels, clear up the case and avoid an international incident.
