Ramzi Ateyeh | Big Bang Distribution. Weedeater, Buzzoven United States. I started playing drums at the age of 13. A friend in my neighborhood played guitar and suggested I get a drum set. That’s when it all began. By the age of 15, I was playing in shows in my region on the weekends.
Ramzi Ateyeh is a drummer based out of Wilmington, North Carolina. Active since the 1990s, he is known as the drummer of Buzzov*en in their final years of their first run, contributing to two EPs and two albums (One of which would not be released until 2011).

The current Weedeater drummer, at least for the 2019 scheduled tour dates, is Ramzi Ateya, formerly of Betrayer, CWIC, Notch, and Buzzoven. Ramzi grew up with Dixie and Shep and was bandmates with Dixie in Buzzoven for the recording of the At a Loss album and subsequent tour.
