By this time, Switzer had left the group and drummer Remi Barre had been replaced by Derrick Kuzemchuk. Soon after the release, Binns left the group. He was replaced by Dan Bauman, who stayed with the band for just over a year.
Emerson Drive are a Canadian country band from Grande Prairie, Alberta. Emerson Drive have five members in the band; the current band members are Danick Dupelle, Brad Mates, Mike Melancon, David Pichette and Dale Wallace. The band was formed in 1995 originally known under the name 12 Gauge.

Derrick Kuzemchuk, based in Red Deer, AB, CA, is currently a Heavy Duty Technician at Shell, bringing experience from previous roles at Finning (Canada), Wajax Equipment and Strongco. Derrick Kuzemchuk holds a 1998 - 2002 NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology).
