Katrin Sass (German: [ˈkatʁiːn ˈzas] ⓘ, for a time Katrin Saß) is a German actress. She became known internationally for playing the idealistic socialist mother Christiane Kerner in the 2003 tragicomedy Good Bye, Lenin!

Katrin Sass is a German actress born in 1956 in Schwerin. She has appeared in films such as Good Bye Lenin! and The Weissensee Saga, and TV shows such as Baltic Crimes and Dogs of Berlin.

After a severe existential crisis, Saß made a comeback in 1999 in the TV thriller "Sperling und der brennende Arm". Her portrayal of a restaurant owner won Saß a Fernsehpreis. In the same year, Saß also starred in the large-scale production "Klemperer – Ein Leben in Deutschland", a TV mini-series.
