Ecaterina SZABO is a former gymnast who won four gold and one silver medals at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. She also won 10 medals at the World Championships and two European titles in her career.
Always poised and cool in competition, Ecaterina Szabo was the ideal gymnast, with creativity, flexibility, style and technique. By the time her career ended in 1987, she had won five Olympic medals, four of them gold, eight World medals, and an amazing 11 Junior and Senior European medals combined.
