Frank Durward White (born Durward Frank Kyle Jr.; June 4, 1933 – May 21, 2003) was an American banker and politician who served as the 41st governor of Arkansas. He served a single two-year term from 1981 to 1983.

Governor White was the second Republican elected governor of Arkansas since the end of Reconstruction in 1874. After leaving office, White worked for a Little Rock investment firm, then joined First Commercial Bank as senior vice president.

5 de sept. de 2018 · Frank D. White was born June 3rd, 1933 in Texarkana, Texas. He Graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute, and then attended Texas A&M for a year. Afterwards he attended USNA and graduated in 1956. He served in the Air Force as a Captain.
