Hans-Rudolf Rösing (* 28. September 1905 in Wilhelmshaven; † 16. Dezember 2004 in Kiel) war ein deutscher Marineoffizier, U-Bootkommandant im Zweiten Weltkrieg und zuletzt Konteradmiral in der Bundesmarine. Er war Kommandant von U 11, U 35, U 48 und zeitweise von U 10.
Hans-Rudolf Rösing (28 September 1905 – 16 December 2004) was a German U-boat commander in World War II and later served in the Bundesmarine of the Federal Republic of Germany. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, of Nazi Germany.

Rösing was one of a handful of Reichsmarine officers who secretly served on foreign submarines (in his case with the Swedish Navy).
Late in life, Hans-Rudolf Rösing shared memories and photos spanning interwar service in the German navy’s clandestine submarine arm to command of all U-boats based in France during World War II.
Hans-Rudolf Rösing was born on 28 September 1905 in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, and entered the Reichsmarine in 1924 (Crew 1924). On about 06 December 1936, he was given temporary command of U-35 for a planned patrol in Spanish waters starting in January 1937; this patrol was canceled.
