Debra Hill (1950-2005) was an American film producer and screenwriter, best known for her partnership with John Carpenter on horror movies like Halloween and The Fog. She also produced The Fisher King, which was nominated for five Academy Awards, and supported emerging talent in the film industry.
Debra Hill was a filmmaker who worked with John Carpenter on many of his early films, including the classic horror series Halloween. She died in 2005 at the age of 54, after producing World Trade Center and The Fog.
