Felix Weltsch (6 October 1884, Prague – 9 November 1964, Jerusalem ), was a German -speaking Jewish librarian, philosopher, author, editor, publisher and journalist. A close friend of Max Brod, Ludwig Winder and Franz Kafka, he was one of the most important Zionists in Bohemia .

Felix Weltsch (* 6. Oktober 1884 in Prag , Österreich-Ungarn ; † 9. November 1964 in Jerusalem ), Dr. jur. u. phil., war ein böhmisch-israelischer Journalist, Schriftsteller, Philosoph und Bibliothekar.
Author. (1884–1964), philosopher and journalist. Born in Prague, Felix Weltsch obtained doctorates in both law and philosophy, and in his books concentrated on social philosophy and political ethics.

Felix Weltsch lernte Franz Kafka vermutlich 1903 über ihren gemeinsamen Freund Max Brod kennen. Es entwickelte sich eine lebenslange Freundschaft.
