Dayton Duncan (born September 3, 1949) is an American screenwriter, producer and former political aide. He is best known for his collaborations with documentary maker Ken Burns.
Dayton Duncan is a writer and documentary filmmaker who has worked with Ken Burns on several acclaimed projects, such as THE WEST, LEWIS & CLARK, and COUNTRY MUSIC. He is also the author of fourteen books, including companion volumes to his films, and an Honorary Park Ranger.
