The name "Battle Witch" is a rejected name used as an inside-joke by Steven S. DeKnight and Emily Carmichael (the latter of whom coined the name).[1][3] When asked about the Jaeger, Steven S. DeKnight calls it "Murder Witch" instead of "Battle Witch".

There is no damage beside a few scratch marks from the hybrids, the power source isnt damage since cockpit light didnt go out, this is the scene where the force open the hanger door, before they forced open the door, they just tossed his butt aside like a ragdoll. 18.
During the drone hybrid attack, Valor Omega is deployed to defend the Shatterdome with Titan Redeemer and Murder Witch. Valor Omega fires its arm cannons, hitting one of the Drones, before the second Drone throws a helicopter at Valor, damaging it and causing Valor to stagger backwards.
