Rebecca Sugar (born July 9, 1987) is an American animator, director, screenwriter, and producer best known for creating Steven Universe and Steven Universe Future, as well as directing Steven Universe: The Movie, which turned her into an animation superstar. For Amphibia, she voices Becka Salt in the episode "Froggy Little Christmas".

In late 2021, Sugar served as an uncredited singer for a Christmas special based on the animated series "Amphibia". She had written the lyrics for her own music number. Her involvement was commented on in a press release.
In the "Froggy Little Christmas" episode of Amphibia, a 22-minute Christmas special which aired on November 27, 2021, Sugar voiced a street performer who sang a musical number which Sugar had written.
