The Tempest Staff is a Hardmode summon weapon. It spawns a small Sharknado minion that follows the player for an unlimited amount of time, and attacks enemies automatically by firing Mini Sharkron projectiles which splatter against enemies and blocks.

The Sharknado attack is an allusion to the 2013 American made-for-television sci-fi disaster film Sharknado. Duke Fishron turns transparent when over blocks, much the same way that Pigrons do. The Treasure Bag's image more resembles an actual pig, as it lacks the Fangs that Duke Fishron has.
Duke Fishron waves his fins, summoning two Sharknado Bolts that move in bottom-left and bottom-right directions (bypassing any platforms) until they travel 1.5× the vertical size of the screen or land on solid blocks or liquids.
The Sand Sharknado Staff is a craftable Hardmode summon weapon that is an upgrade to the Forgotten Apex Wand. When used, it summons a sandnado to fight for the player. It attacks nearby enemies by firing miniature high velocity Sand Sharks at them. Its best modifier is Ruthless.
Sharkrons are Hardmode enemies fired by Duke Fishron's Sharknado attack. They travel in an arc, descending at a slower speed after reaching maximum height. They are killed instantly upon impact with blocks.
