  2. The Public Housing (PH) program is a subsidized housing program which allows qualified participants the opportunity to rent housing units that are owned by Ithaca Housing Authority with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

  3. What Are You Applying For? Select the the application form from below by clicking the download button. (You can apply for one or both of our programs.) Once you’ve completed the application, you can turn it in to IHAs office in person or via mail, fax it to 607-273-5738, or scan and email it to us.

  4. Most housing processes are conducted through the Housing Portal (accessed via HomerConnect). Students can also complete their Room Condition Report (RCR) or Apartment Condition Report (ACR) on the Housing Portal. The 2023-2024 Ithaca College Residence Hall Agreement can be found here.
