The School of Visual Arts New York City (SVA NYC) is a private for-profit art school in New York City. It was founded in 1947 and is a member of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design.

Rhodes y Burne Hogarth, con el nombre de Cartoonist and Illustrators School , y en 1956 pasaría a ser School of Visual Arts .
SVA is a for-profit college located in Manhattan, New York in the New York City Area. It is a small institution with an enrollment of 3,472 undergraduate students. The SVA acceptance rate is 87%. The School of Visual Arts BFA Fine Arts Department offers concentrations in all art forms, from Painting to Bio Art. Our state-of-the-art Facilities allow students to experiment in a wide variety of projects and media, such us Digital and 3D Printing , Textiles, or Wood.
