Keith Lemon: The Film in essence consists of an alternation of these rudiments. The film is amateurish, poorly written and full of squeamish non-laughable habits that do not posses the same reaction they do on Lemon's enigmatic television series. The waves of hilarity are sadly non-existent on the full-size screen.

When he becomes an overnight billionaire, it seems everything is going his way, but it's not long before he discovers that life can be just as cruel as it is kind.
Keith Lemon (Leigh Francis) is preparing to take his invention, the securipole, which he has been attempting to lift off the ground for twenty years, to a business convention in London. Meanwhile, his girlfriend Rosie (Laura Aikman) has discovered that she is pregnant, but due to Keith being away, instead confides in his best friend, Dougie (Kevin Bishop).
