Reginald Leo McKern, AO oder Leo McKern (* 16. März 1920 in Sydney; † 23. Juli 2002 bei Bath) war ein australischer Schauspieler. Er war in zahlreichen britischen Fernsehproduktionen, Filmen und über 200 Theaterrollen zu sehen. Zum Offizier des Order of Australia wurde er 1983 ernannt.
