Karla is an experienced board member and transformation specialist, with a passion for strategy, change, portfolio, and program management. Karla’s first volunteer role with the Change Management Institute was in 2009. Since this time, Karla has been a Chapter Lead, Country Lead and has served on the board for two terms.
