Celý dobu sa tu húli, chvíľu to vyzerá, že by Inherent Vice mohol mať aj nejaký príbeh, ale nie, nie je to tu. Nie je tu vôbec nič, akurát to je totálne prehúlené a hlavne neujasnené. Nepomáha ani lákavé herecké obsadenie a tých 149 minút je skutočne prehnane veľa.
