Rab C. Nesbitt is a Scottish comedy series which began in 1988. Produced by BBC Scotland, it stars Gregor Fisher as an alcoholic Glaswegian who seeks unemployment as a lifestyle choice. Rab C. Nesbitt was originally a recurring character in the BBC2 sketch series Naked Video (1986–1990).

The series, set in Govan, Glasgow, follows Rab C. Nesbitt (Gregor Fisher), an alcoholic who strives to maintain an unemployed lifestyle. During the course of the programme, 67 episodes of Rab C. Nesbitt aired, including six specials over ten series, between 22 December 1988 and 2 January 2014.
