Fanfan der Husar (Originaltitel: Fanfan la Tulipe) ist ein französischer Abenteuerfilm von Gérard Krawczyk aus dem Jahr 2003. In den Hauptrollen sind Vincent Perez als Fanfan la Tulipe und Penélope Cruz als Adeline La Franchise besetzt. Fanfan deckt ein gefährliches Komplott auf und hat einige Kämpfe zu überstehen, bis er mit der Frau zusammenkommt, in die er sich ernsthaft verliebt hat.

Lang heeft hij van zijn carrière niet kunnen genieten (hij stierf op 36 jarige leeftijd in 1959 aan de gevolgen van kanker) en zijn rol van Fanfan bewijst dat dat toch enorm zonde is. Zelden een acteur gezien met zo'n joie de vivre en uitstraling.
