The training at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is rigorous and hugely demanding on the individual, with students in class for over 40 hours per week. This allows little time for them to support themselves with paid, part-time work.
The main Bristol Old Vic Theatre School premises at 1-3 Downside Road are accessible to wheelchair users and we have considerable experience of working with and adapting our programmes to students with a wide range of impairments and we welcome applications from disabled students.
Bristol Old Vic Theatre School – Teaching will take place at both the School’s main site, Downside Road, and the School’s centre for recorded media, Christchurch Studios, in nearby Clifton.
