LACHSA was founded in 1985 under the direction of the LA County Office of Education, and is located on the campus of California State University, Los Angeles.

The Cinematic Arts Department at the LA County High School for the Arts (LACHSA), trains the next generation of visual storytellers, content creators, media innovators and digital disruptors. Located in the heart of Los Angeles, and in the shadow of Hollywood, LACHSA is a tuition-free, public arts high school which serves students in grades 9-12 throughout Los Angeles.
18 de jun. de 2024 · This school has probably one of the worst academic programs when it comes to high schools. It's embarrassingly bad. While of course, there are exceptions, many academic teachers are not very good at teaching their subjects to students, regardless of if they are kind or not. Other things; amazing food, 4:00pm dismissal.
