Hace 5 días · The National Weather Service based in Shreveport said that a flood watch has been issued for Gregg and Rusk counties through tomorrow at 3 p.m. with a tornado watch in effect until 10 p.m. tonight. Additionally the NWS has a wind advisory also in effect for the area until 1 a.m. on Tuesday, with additional updates to come as the storm changes and progresses.
