Thomas Bernhard. Nicolaas [1] [2] Thomas Bernhard ( 9. února 1931 Heerlen, Nizozemsko – 12. února 1989 Gmunden, Rakousko) byl rakouský spisovatel a dramatik, držitel řady ocenění. [3] Je všeobecně považován za jednoho z nejvýznamnějších poválečných německy píšících autorů. Svými díly nezřídka vzbuzoval kontroverze.
