Biografía. Roger Bart nació el 29 de septiembre de 1962 en Norwalk, Connecticut. Desde temprana edad, demostró un gran interés por las artes escénicas y comenzó a actuar en producciones teatrales escolares. Su pasión por la actuación lo llevó a estudiar arte dramático en la Escuela de Teatro de la Universidad de Rutgers.
