    An American cinematographer whose career began in television, Koenekamp shot 90 episodes of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964-1967) before going on to work on films such as Patton (1970) and Papillion (1973). He won an Oscar and received a BAFTA nomination for shooting The Towering Inferno (1974).
