chock full of the clunkiest, most off-the-wall one-liners. two a page, like clockwork. the premise of this film (which is actually almost certainly a failed TV pilot) is that a cop-turned-private-investigator subcontracts a case with a cop who is on medical leave, who subsequently gets pulled into a separate investigation by a rookie cop, so he subcontracts with a retired cop to do the job.
