Pat Proft is an American comedy writer, actor, and director. Born in Minnesota in 1947, Proft began his career at Dudley Riggs' Brave New Workshop in Minneapolis in the mid-1960s. He went on to perform as a one-man comedy act in the late 1960s.
Pat Proft was born on 4 March 1947 in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, USA. He is a writer and actor, known for Hot Shots! (1991), Wrongfully Accused (1998) and Scary Movie 3 (2003). He has been married to Karen Philipp since 23 May 1981.
