20 de jun. de 2024 · The main functionality of a white wire is for heating. It is coded as W1 and W2 and is available in gas furnace thermostats. However, it is not at all a requirement for air conditioner thermostats.

I just want to be able to switch on / off either on a schedule or remote action through HomeAssistant, allowing the inbuilt thermostat in the Immersion heater to manage the water temperature.
