After many hours and 3 days, finally beat Dracula on brutal. Got to phase 3 a handful of times and watched a few guides before I got it. The winning run was very rocky at the start (got below 50% hp in phase 2) but what clinched it was spamming skeletons to deal with the start of phase 3 (scholar blood).
I was at the Dracula fight (had already lost a few times) and saw that a blood moon was coming. I was excited because I thought it would give me an edge, but it didn't seem to help. What's odd is that I was mid fight when the blood moon started, and Dracula reset to his starting position at that exact moment.
